Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Raging Monk Studio ("Studio"), run by Raging Monk ("we"). By signing in you agree to them. Contact: launch@ragingmonk.co.
Who can use Studio
Studio is for businesses that work with Raging Monk, and the people those businesses invite. Access is by invitation; we can remove it if a business stops working with us or these terms are broken.
Your TikTok account
- Only connect a TikTok account your business owns or is authorised to manage.
- Studio uploads videos to your TikTok inbox as drafts. Your team decides whether and when to post them, from the TikTok app.
- Your use of TikTok remains under TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You can disconnect at any time from your workspace page.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You give us permission to store them and send them to TikTok when you ask, and nothing else.
- You are responsible for having the rights to everything in your videos, including music, footage and people who appear in them.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything that breaks TikTok's rules.
Availability
We work to keep Studio running, but it is provided as is. TikTok may change or limit its services, which can affect what Studio can do. We are not liable for TikTok's decisions about your account or content.
Ending
You can stop using Studio at any time. When a workspace is closed we delete its tokens and files as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and we tell workspace owners about significant changes by email.
